Meet Beth Flinn, MA, LPC
Beth Flinn is a Licensed Professional Counselor with degrees from Texas A&M University and the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Licensed both in Texas and Louisiana, she brings a strong clinical foundation along with decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges.
Beth works with individual adults, couples, and seniors with areas of focus including relationships, parenting, life transitions, women’s issues, self-esteem, intimacy, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Her work is grounded in compassion, insight, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story.
In addition to her clinical practice, Beth co-founded Day One Interventions alongside her son, Max. This mother-son team provides interventions to families desiring to lead a loved one to treatment for addictions and mental health challenges. Together, they help families take loving, structured steps toward treatment and recovery.
Outside of her professional work, Beth is a mother of three adult children and enjoys reading, golf, cooking, decorating, traveling, spending time with family and friends.
